SWIM, BIKE, RUN ALL THE WAY THROUGH MANHATTAN: NYC TRIATHLON

One of our Advantage trainer’s from Reebok Sports Club/NY, Michelle Portalatin, explains how important technique is in completing this race. Many of our trainers worked with various athletes to prepare for the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon and coached them to conserve energy which can later be used for power and speed. The importance of proper technique while running, swimming, or biking is huge in that it helps prevent injury, as well as makes you more efficient.
