Michelle Portalatin has been my trainer since 2007. When we started working together, I had just embarked on a weight lifting routine due to concern about my osteopenia. Since I started with Michelle, my bone density is stable and I am not on any medication. Michelle is a devoted and creative trainer who understands my particular needs and goals. People are consistently surprised at how strong I am and remark on how fit I look at the age of 60. I credit Michelle with helping me maintain the level of fitness and strength of a much younger person. It is clear that she cares deeply about each one of her clients and is committed to each and every one of them staying on track with their fitness regime.
