Modern day definition is the capacity to do work. NRG is essential to almost every activity. Humans have limitless power for using, transferring and producing energy.

My training style aims at helping individuals break through barriers, tap into their potential and realize their health and fitness goals holistically and comprehensively.

Through the integration of exercise science based training techniques that increase strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination and balance we are able to become stronger, healthier and more efficient energy consumers and conservationists making it easier to accomplish any goal.
